And I've had several conversations and discussions with David, as a result of which, my engagements on LinkedIn with ideal clients has increased multifold. So I'm now able to really pinpoint my ideal clients and reach out to them and have a conversation with them about how I can help them. So. And I really have to credit David for all of this success. Video transcript: Around. So I had absolutely no ability or knowledge around how to find new clients and build my business. And at the time when I met you, I was working hourly. It was very insecure. I was not making enough money to support myself, so it was difficult. I just had no idea how to build it out. So I'd been technically coaching for a few years, but it was still sort of like a side hustle. It wasn't really. I took clients when I got lucky, and I didn't really know how to bring them in. I would have something called. We called a discovery session, but it was vague, and it wasn't landing me clients. And the first time, you remember this? The first time I used your script? Yeah. For. I got a clarity call, and then I did the sales call, and he hired me, and I messed it up, like, four times in the middle, you know, I was, like, reading, and I was, like. I was reading it and pretending. I was, like, taking notes while I was, like, how did you. What are your biggest pain points? You know? And I. He hired me. I couldn't believe it, because. And it worked. It worked like a charm. I mean, I told everybody I knew. I was like, this is unreal. It was, like, amazing. So that's awesome. Really cool. I will say that was pretty amazing, Jeff. And if you're comfortable to share it, you don't have to. That's totally cool. What was the. In terms of revenue generated in the first four weeks of us working together on your behalf, what did you generate? I think I generated $4,500, which is in the first four weeks, I think I did.

Video transcript: Hi, everyone. My name is Emma Kirby and I am a career coach from the UK. So I have just finished my eight week programme with David. It's been a fantastic experience. I've really, really enjoyed the coaching, the teaching that David provided for me. I found it gave me real structure, kept me really motivated and very focused. David made sure that I was held accountable for delivering actions and kind of keeping true to myself really helped me to think about the direction of my coaching and my messaging, which was probably the bit I was struggling initially with, gave me the confidence to really go out and sell my proposition. And by following the activities that David set me, I managed to sign up a couple of new clients. So my first paying client within kind of four weeks, four or five weeks of working with David. So I would say David is a really fantastic coach. Loved working with him, had a great laugh as well, taught him quite a lot of english words, which I'm hoping he's taking to Canada. And, yeah, had loads of fun, but it was a really productive experience. Video transcript: Now, when we're talking about our actual sessions together, what did you enjoy the most about our weekly sessions? The coolest part I found, and I use the word cool because the sessions were informative and stuff. But every time we ended a session, it seemed like the questions I had going into that week, those questions were addressed without me even asking you the questions based on the way you designed the material. I can't remember how many times I said to you, like, once again, literally what I was going to ask you. You're like, this is what we're covering this week. So it seemed like as I went through the eight week journey, the timing and, like, the experiences I was having as I was applying your action steps week to week was just ideal. Like, it was, it was in sync, so it was almost mind blowing. That's why I kept saying to you, like, I don't know how this, you're doing this. I appreciate that. Thank you. Your feedback here and feedback that you've given me every week as well has helped always improve my programs as well. So I really appreciate that feedback. I do recall a few times that you mentioned that. So now that the two months is over with, from where you were before our work together and where you are today, what has been the biggest change or area of improvement that you've noticed for your coaching business? Well, emotional wise and big emotions, because when I met you, I was scared, stressed and anxious. I've gone from that to right now. Like, I'm excited. Like, you can probably tell, like, I'm, I'm pumped up because what has happened is I've built a following and I'm talking to parents because I'm a parent and I'm helping people already. And I know in my heart that this is going to work now. So I'm no longer scared that I'm going to fail as a coach. I'm excited that I'm going to make it as a coach. I'm going to touch lots of people's lives. So emotional wise, that is the change. And in terms of when I met you, not knowing what to do every day and kind of use the analogy, spinning my tires now I know every day action steps that if I take these action steps, I'm going to find success. And it's easy now, it's not overwhelming because I just know I got to wake up. I have ABC to do, and everything's going to be fine.

If anybody or any of you are considering it, do it. It's great. David, thank you so much for all the stuff that you shared with me. You have a lot of knowledge and a lot of things to offer for anybody else. I just so you know, I'm now booking more calls than there are days in the week. I'm super excited. Video transcript: And so I was impressed with David because he was very focused on what I needed and not what he was offering. And he also was very direct, which I appreciate. And so I decided to sign up with him because I thought this guy can definitely help me and he did. And so I started his program and I had a very vague idea about the client that I really wanted to focus on and David helped me work on that, definitely helped me focus on what's important during the day because I was over scheduling so I actually was able to manage my time better. And he also helped me get over my fear of doing things like this where I'm on camera and talking. And so he has definitely improved both of my business ventures. My advocacy's improved because I'm more focused about. Anyway, I really appreciate it, David, it's been great working with you and yeah, everyone needs to think about how they can benefit from your services.

Video transcript: That you took away from all of our work together, the number one most valuable piece of information. What would that be? It's the most valuable thing is being able to talk with you live, to talk with ideas, with someone who has a perspective of being in the space of sales and marketing far longer than I have. So I say, well, I'm thinking this. And you say, well, what about this? And I say, oh yes, that's perfect. And I think of that and just help solidify now some ideas of how to move forward, and especially as well, the frameworks and checklists and strategies and written templates that you created and provided that those are really helpful. But even, especially being able to talk with you live or be able to put out my doubts and concerns and you be able to help me work through those which you couldn't give on a standardized template. Probably alive. Yeah. One of the coach and I feel like your, your promise was to be able to take me from where I just didn't know how to manage my brand, generate leads or acquire clients, and take me to where I would know how to do all those things in a space of two months. And I feel like you've done that and you've delivered on exactly what you promised. I'm really grateful for that. That's been super valuable and helpful for me. Great. That's great. That means a lot to me as well. Wow. And with that being said, my last question for you is that if, would you recommend my coaching services to other people? And if you would, who do you think would benefit the most from working with me? If you are working as a coach and you're not totally satisfied with how many clients you have, if you feel like it's a struggle or a frustration at all to get more clients, I think that that person, it would make total sense to pay David whatever he's charging to make it happen and move forward.

And I was just taking in so much information, and I had just completely unstructured days. So from the first time that I spoke to David, he just came across as somebody who was just really, really genuine and wanted to see me succeed. At that point, I had very, very little confidence in my ability as an entrepreneur. I didn't know anything about running a business. I just had the drive and passion to change my life for the better. And David saw that in me, and he encouraged me to take a chance for myself. And I'm so grateful that he did. Video transcript: About twelve weeks ago, the only thing I knew was that I finally wanted to start working as a coach. And I have done this before, but within a program, government program. So I was kind of lost how to get started. And then I came across David, and his program helped me a lot. It helped me break down my ideas, get a clearer picture, a much clearer picture of who I want to work with. And it helped me to move forward, to go out. And now I'm here having clients. I'm very grateful for everything David did for me, so I can really recommend taking part in this program. And yeah, I just want to say thank you for that.

Video transcript: I highly recommend David. And the reason why is, there's so many reasons, but let me get into a couple of them. Number one, I was a terrified, newly certified life coach, and I knew that life coaching was for me, it was the business side of it that I was. I didn't know what to do next. David took me through a step by step process. I learned how to not only organize my day for maximum efficiency, but also to look at my day to understand the wins and understand the challenges and why are they challenges and what can we do about them? Also, the homework that he gave me was extremely helpful because I knew it built my confidence to know I can do this, so to speak, without him. And he was extremely prepared. He would really, really look at what I've done. He would look at all the questions and he would give me responses that showed me they were very well thought out responses. He made me feel like I was like the only one in the world. Every time I would have a session with him, his focus was on me. I would say that he gave not 100%, maybe 200%, perhaps, you know, over, because he just would want to be sure that I'd understand everything. And not only that, that I'd feel comfortable with it. And he would check very professionally. He was always on time, very clear, very, always very, very upbeat and very, very confident. He knows his stuff. I mean, what could I say? His background in not only sales but digital marketing is a perfect marriage, so to speak, for him because he is combining those talents and able to break it down for people like me who are not in that area. Frankly, those are the two areas that I was absolutely overwhelmed with as well because I didn't know how do you sell? We are also, I learned about how to analyze a market, how to really define my niche, how to set goals, how to know if the goals were for me, how to visualize them, how to really internalize my goals once I have set them. And how do I do that? How do I research my market? How do I also reach out to others in appropriate ways so we can share information and get that in ways that benefit both the people I reach out to. Personally, I would love to just reach through that Zoom lens every week and give him a big old hug. He is so personable. He reminds me of my kids. He's just upbeat, he's motivating. He seems so kind and puts his heart into what he does. And that resonates with me because that is exactly what I do. I put my heart, my passion, what I do, and he does in our own ways. He's helping me be able to have my road for my own passion, to kind of open up so I can be of even more service to the people that I serve. I highly, highly recommend him and know he will continue in his success.

Video transcript: I am both of our marital conflict resolution expert. I worked with Dave a couple of weeks ago, and working with him actually helped me to set the foundation of my coaching practice because I was at a point when I was struggling to find a niche for myself and it was able to help me to look at my strength and how best I can position myself. And that was a very, very needed, needed hurdle that an important huddle I needed to cross. And it helped me with that also. It gave me so much value. He went over and beyond himself to deliver on what he promised, and even much more than that. So I just want to say, shout out to David and say thank you for giving your best to your clients.

Video transcript: Through our actual work together. What did you enjoy? Mostly about our weekly sessions together, I enjoyed a couple of things. I enjoyed value of your experience and your expertise. I enjoyed the references to different influencers within the area. I also desperately needed to learn social media. So for me that was the primary thing is, is the ability to teach me the social media, how to use it, how to work it, and then just to kind of monitor that and give valuable feedback.

Video transcript: Who would you recommend? If you would recommend our services, who would benefit the most from working with us? Definitely new coaches or even if you're not new new. But you're kind of just getting clients here and there. And it's a little sporadic. You're not really sure. You know, you don't have a structure in place. You don't have a strategy. If you're a little uncertain about how to make it a consistent, full time business, I think that would be really great.
